Three Bean Casserole
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 2 medium stalks celery, sliced (1 c.)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 2 (21 oz.) cans baked beans in tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard (dried)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
- Cook sausage, celery, onion and garlic in skillet over medium heat approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until sausage is no longer pink.
- Drain.
- Mix sausage mixture and remaining ingredients in ungreased 3-quart casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for approximately 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Stir mixture once during baking.
