Crab Lasagna
- 15 lasagna noodles
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 1 can shrimp
- 2 or 3 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 cans crab
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- While the noodles cook, mix the cream cheese (room temperature), cottage cheese, soup, shrimp, beaten eggs, basil, onion and salt and pepper.
- Place half the noodles in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover with half the cheese mixture, then the crab.
- Cover with remaining noodles; then the rest of cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese to cover top.
- Bake 30 minutes more.
- Let rest 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
