7 Layer Bar Cookies(No Mixing - Make Right In Baking Pan!)
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted (1 stick)
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
- 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
- 1 1/2 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (15 oz.)
- Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs over margarine to make crust.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts evenly over crumbs.
- Scatter chocolate and butterscotch chips over nuts.
- Sprinkle coconut evenly over chips.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over coconut.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
- Cool in pan 15 to 30 minutes.
- Cut into small bars.
