Artichoke Squares

  1. Drain marinade from one jar of artichokes into frying pan. Chop all artichokes, set aside.
  2. Add onion and garlic to frying pan and saute till golden; about 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs with fork, add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and
  4. Tabasco sauce. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion mixture. Turn into a greased 7 x 11 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool.
  7. May reheat in pan at 325u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes to serve warm.
  8. Makes 3 dozen.
