Pizza
- pizza dough to fit 10 to 14-inch pan
- olive oil or pesto sauce
- 6 to 7 fresh plum tomatoes, sliced
- 6 oz. sliced pepperoni
- cooked sausage or julienned Prosciutto (choose 1 meat)
- 1 thinly sliced green pepper
- 1 thinly sliced red pepper
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Roll out dough and stretch onto 14-inch pan.
- Brush with olive oil or pesto.
- Arrange tomatoes, meat, peppers and artichoke hearts evenly over pizza.
- Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza.
- Bake at 425u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
