Chocolate Caramelita Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Combine first seven ingredients; mix well.
  4. Reserve 1 cup; press remaining into bottom of prepared pan.
  5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown.
  6. Cool 10 minutes.
  7. Top with nuts and chocolate pieces.
  8. Mix caramel and 1/4 cup flour until smooth; drizzle over chocolate pieces to within 1/4 inch of pan edges.
  9. Sprinkle reserved oat mixture on top.
  10. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
