Old Timey Beef Stew(Make Out Stew)

  1. Cut steak into 1/2-inch pieces and boil separately until tender.
  2. Add seasonings to the water.
  3. Boil the roast by itself until tender, then slice in 1-inch pieces and square it.
  4. Make sure water is well seasoned.
  5. You boil them separately because it may take the roast longer to get done.
  6. You do not want your meat mushy.
  7. You want it to stay firm and look nice.
  8. You should also boil the following vegetables separately until they are firm: celery, carrots, potatoes, onions and lima beans.
  9. They should be firm, not mushy.
  10. Boil macaroni separately until tender.
