Oven Fries
- 4 small baking potatoes (about 1 lb. total)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder (optional)
- nonstick spray coating
- Scrub potatoes thoroughly.
- Cut each potato lengthwise into eight slices.
- Brush the cut surface of the potatoes lightly with melted margarine.
- In a plastic bag, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, paprika and onion powder.
- Add eight potato slices to the bag; shake to coat (the potatoes will not be completely coated).
- Spray an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan with nonstick coating.
- Arrange the potatoes in a baking pan.
- Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 400u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
- Serve hot.
- Makes 3 or 4 servings.
