Pizza Casserole
- 1 lb. medium to hot roll sausage
- 12 oz. wide noodles, cooked according to package directions (I only use 8 noodles)
- 2 14 oz. jars pizza sauce
- chopped onions
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Crumble sausage into medium skillet; cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Remove sausage and drain on paper towels.
- In large, lightly greased casserole dish, layer on half noodles, one half sausage, and one half remaining ingredients.
- Repeat with second layer of noodles, the sausage and remaining ingredients, reserving several pepperoni slices to garnish top.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
