Pork Broccoli Stir-Fry

  1. In a large skillet stir-fry pork, until no longer pink. Remove pork from skillet, and keep in warm place.
  2. In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add green pepper and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mushrooms, cook 2 minutes longer.
  5. In a small bowl combine cornstarch, chicken broth and soy sauce, until smooth, and stir into skillet.
  6. Bring to a boil, cook and stir constantly until thickened.
  7. Return pork to the skillet, heat through.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles.
