Quiche Madeleine

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Saute peppers in 2 tablespoons of margarine.
  3. Add diced onions.
  4. Saute until clear.
  5. Add chopped up meat.
  6. Stir until meat is softened.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Beat eggs, milk and water together.
  9. Add salt, whit pepper, nutmeg and parsley flakes.
  10. Fold cut pieces of cheeses into mixture.
  11. Add onions, peppers and meat.
  12. Stir all ingredients thoroughly.
  13. Pour mixture into two 9-inch pie shells (deep dish).
  14. Place in oven for 45 minutes.
  15. Test for doneness by inserting a knife in the center. If it comes out clean, it's done.
  16. Glory!
