Tabulee(Mixed Green Salad With Wheat)

  1. Wash wheat and soak in enough water to cover by 1-inch for an hour.
  2. Drain wheat and mix with tomatoes, green onions and parsley. Stir together lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, allspice, cinnamon and mint and pour over vegetables.
  3. Toss well.
  4. Eat as a salad or serve with lettuce leaves.
  5. Put 1 tablespoon on leaf and roll. Excellent with grilled chicken or steaks.
  6. Serves 6 to 8.
