Deluxe Taco Dip

• 1 avocado
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1/2 c. mayo
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning
• red pepper to taste
• Tabasco to taste
• 1 (8 oz.) bar sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 (8 oz.) bar Monterey Jack pepper cheese
• 2 tomatoes
• onion tops
• 1 can sliced olives
• 2 large cans bean dip (Zapp's or Frito-Lay)

1. Mash avocado with fork or blender.
2. Mix avocado, sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning.
3. Season to taste with red pepper and Tabasco.
4. Spread bean dip across the serving platter.
5. Spread mix from avocado mix over bean dip.
6. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese (sharp).
7. Add grated Monterey Jack pepper cheese.
8. Cover with chopped tomatoes.
9. Cover with chopped green onions.
10. Finally, add chopped black olives.
