Deluxe Taco Dip
- 1 avocado
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- red pepper to taste
- Tabasco to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) bar sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) bar Monterey Jack pepper cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- onion tops
- 1 can sliced olives
- 2 large cans bean dip (Zapp's or Frito-Lay)
- Mash avocado with fork or blender.
- Mix avocado, sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning.
- Season to taste with red pepper and Tabasco.
- Spread bean dip across the serving platter.
- Spread mix from avocado mix over bean dip.
- Cover with grated Cheddar cheese (sharp).
- Add grated Monterey Jack pepper cheese.
- Cover with chopped tomatoes.
- Cover with chopped green onions.
- Finally, add chopped black olives.
