Strawberry Delight

  1. Put milk and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add toast, nuts and almond extract.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Wet hands.
  4. Shape almond mixture around cherries in the shape of a bell.
  5. Roll bell in red or green sugar.
  6. Keep refrigerated until served.
  7. Makes about 50 bells.
