Delicious Hominy Casserole

  1. Cook onion, green pepper and celery in oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add soup and milk.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add cheese and seasoning. Fold in 1 can Bush's Best golden hominy.
  4. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole which has been well-greased.
  5. Tear one or two slices of bread into small pieces to make soft crumbs.
  6. Top casserole with crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  9. Makes 8 servings.
