Chicken Breast In Wine Sauce
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and pounded flat
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- flour
- 2 Tbsp. water
- herb dressing, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. leaf marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. dry white wine
- Mix butter, marjoram, seasoning mix, oregano and parsley together.
- Place a dab of mixture in center of each chicken breast.
- Add 2 slices of cheese and roll up.
- Roll chicken in flour. Dip into egg, water and oil mixture.
- Then dip in herb stuffing crumbs.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Melt remaining butter mixture with wine and add to chicken.
- Bake 25 minutes more.
