Cheesy Sausage Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In medium skillet, fry sausage until cooked.
  3. Remove sausage; drain on paper towel.
  4. Reserve 2 tablespoons fat.
  5. Saute onion and green pepper in reserved fat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Slice sausage.
  7. Combine cheese and flour.
  8. Stir in sausage slices, green pepper and onion.
  9. Spread in pie crust shell.
  10. Mix remaining ingredients; pour into shell.
  11. Bake on cookie sheet for 35 to 40 minutes, or until browned and filling is set.
  12. Serves 6.
