Hurry-Up Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Pour 1 tablespoon oil into wok or large skillet, coating bottom and sides; heat to medium high (325u0b0) for 2 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli and next 4 ingredients; stir-fry 4 minutes.
  3. Remove vegetables from skillet.
  4. Pour remaining 1 tablespoon oil into wok.
  5. Add chicken; stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender.
  6. Return vegetables to wok; stir in salad dressing, soy sauce and ginger. Serve over rice.
  7. Yields 3 servings.
