Coffee Raisin Loaf (Bread Machine)
- 2 pound loaf
- 1 1/3 cups freshly brewed coffee (room temperature)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 3/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 cup raisins
- Measure all ingredients except raisins into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Insert pan into the oven chamber.
- Select Sweet Cycle.
- Add the raisins at the "add ingredient" signal.
- When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a wire rack.
- Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
