Dove Load Burritos

  1. In large skillet over medium heat, cook dove meat and onion in 1/2 the butter; season with lemon pepper.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes; set aside.
  3. In same skillet melt remaining butter and fry potatoes adding lemon pepper
  4. and garlic salt to taste.
  5. Place meat in with potatoes; adding salsa and chili peppers.
  6. Simmer 15 minutes; stirring frequently.
  7. Spoon into warm tortillas; cover with cheese and green taco sauce.
  8. Fold and serve.
