Scotchy Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; beat well.
  2. Blend in flour, and press mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 15x10" pan.
  3. Bake at 350F (360 at high altitude) for 15-20 minutes, or until light golden brown.
  4. Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil.
  5. Stir in remaining crunch topping ingredients, and spread immediately on hot bars.
  6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  7. Place in hot oven 2-3 minutes to soften chocolate and spread to frost.
