Bayou Bounty Seafood Casserole

  1. Melt cream cheese and 1/2 cup margarine together.
  2. Saute onions, green pepper, celery and mushrooms in remaining margarine. Add shrimp. Saute until shrimp are pink. Add crabmeat, soup, rice and seasonings. Mix well. Stir in cream cheese mixture. Spoon into shallow 3-quart casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and crackers.
  3. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  4. Serves 8.
