Peaches N' Cream Cheesecake

  1. Grease bottom and sides of a 9 pie pan.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg, and milk.
  3. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into pan.
  4. Place peaches on top of batter.
  5. Combine cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice, beat 2 minutes.
  6. Spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over cheese.
  8. Bake 350u0b0 for 30 - 35 minutes.
