Carb Killer Zucchini Crust Pizza

  1. Place zucchini in a colander. Salt. Let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse. Drain well.
  3. Heat oven 400.
  4. Combine zucchini with the eggs, flour, cheeses, herbs and 1 tablespoons olive oil.
  5. Press out into a rouns circle on a sprayed pizza pan.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.
  7. Brush with 1 tablespoons olive oil.
  8. Bake 15 more minutes. Remove. Set aside.
  9. In a skillet, brown the beef and turkey.
  10. Add the parsley, fennel, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic. Saute 2 minutes.
  11. Add wine. Deglaze until evaporated.
  12. Let cool.
  13. Scatter on crust. Top with cheese.
  14. Bake 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
