Mulligan(This Is Zada Porter'S Recipe)

  1. Cook and
  2. debone
  3. meat.
  4. Cook
  5. potatoes, onions and rice separately; drain off
  6. water
  7. and add meat and broth.
  8. Add just enough broth to cover all of this.
  9. Add other ingredients as it cooks.
  10. Keep well stirred to keep from scorching.
