Caraway Puffs

  1. In bowl, combine yeast, flour and baking soda.
  2. Heat together cottage cheese, water, sugar, butter and salt.
  3. Add egg, 2 teaspoons caraway seed and onion.
  4. Add this mixture to dry mixture at high speed.
  5. Stir in 1 cup more flour.
  6. Place in greased bowl, turning once.
  7. Cover; let rise until doubled (about 1 1/2 hours). Divide among 12 well-greased muffin pans.
  8. Cover; let rise about 40 minutes.
  9. When fingers are pressed lightly into dough and dents remain, dough is ready.
  10. Bake at 400u0b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
