Rice And Ham Rolls For 8

  1. Mix rice with 1/2 cup green onion and parsley.tombine rice with chicken and shrimp.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Saute in butter the mushrooms

  7. Stir in flour, salt, pepper,
  8. chicken broth, half and half and cheese.
  9. After sauce has thickened, add wine slowly.
  10. Combine 1 cup of sauce with 2 cups oftice mixture.
  11. Place about 2 tablespoons down center of
  12. ham slices.
  13. Place remaining rice in bottom of buttered 13 x

  16. pan.
  17. Roll up ham and place seam side down on riceted. Spoon
  18. remaining
  19. sauce over rolls.
