Creamed Green Beans With Onions(Makes 8 Servings)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In large saucepan, melt butter.
  3. Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture is bubbly.
  5. Gradually stir in half and half.
  6. Stir in vegetables.
  7. In 8-inch square baking dish, place 1/3 vegetable mixture and top with 4 slices cheese.
  8. Repeat 2 times, ending with cheese, then nuts.
  9. Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes or until hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
