Pink Lemonade Pie

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and undiluted lemonade concentrate in saucepan.
  2. Place over low heat.
  3. Stir constantly until gelatin dissolves, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  6. Chill, stirring occasionally, until completely cooled.
  7. Pour chilled evaporated milk into chilled mixing bowl; beat at high speed of mixer until stiff, about 5 minutes.
  8. Fold in cooled gelatin mixture.
  9. Add a few drops of food coloring to make pink.
  10. Put in crust.
  11. Chill for about 2 hours.
