Jack'S Apple Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease a 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine sugar, 3 tablespoons of the flour, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add apples and Jack Daniel's.
  5. Stir to coat apples evenly with sugar mixture.
  6. Pour apples into greased baking dish.
  7. Combine remaining 1 cup flour, salt, and brown sugar in medium mixing bowl.
  8. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  9. Stir in oats and pecans.
  10. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.
  11. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are bubbly.
  12. Serve plain, with ice cream, or caramel sauce.
