One-Step Lasagne

  1. Microwave the ground beef until no longer pink.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce, water and the salt.
  4. In a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish, layer 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 of uncooked noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
  6. Rotate dish. Microwave on 70% powder for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  7. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
  8. Additional cheese may be sprinkled on top after baking, if desired.
