3 Cheese And Kale Macaroni

  1. PASTA:
  2. start water to boil, add salt and oil to prevent sticking.
  3. SAUCE:
  4. mix shredded cheese, cream cheese, and half & half in a bowl- set aside.
  5. sautee garlic and onion in 2 tablespoons olive oil until slightly browned.
  6. add kale, tomatoes and mushrooms.
  7. cover and cook for 6 minutes.
  8. add another tablespoon of oil.
  9. add cheese/half & half mixture.
  10. continually stir until well-melted.
  11. drain pasta, pour into glass baking dish.
  12. add sauce, stir until well-mixed.
