Cheeseburger Pie

  1. Heat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Prepare pastry; pat in bottom and up sides of 8 x 2-inch quiche dish or 8 x 1 1/2-inch round pan.
  3. Bake 15 minutes.
  4. Cook and stir beef, onion and garlic in 10-inch skillet until brown; drain.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and flour.
  6. Stir in pickle liquid, milk, pickles and 1 cup cheese.
  7. Spoon into dish.
  8. Bake 15 minutes; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
  9. Bake until crust is golden brown, about 5 minutes longer.
  10. Use precooked pie shell.
