Ribbon Christmas Salad

  1. Dissolve lime Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups hot water.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water.
  3. Pour into oblong pan; chill until partially set. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1/2 cup hot water in the top of a double boiler.
  4. Add marshmallows; stir to melt.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add 1/2 cup drained pineapple juice and cream cheese; beat until well blended and stir in pineapple.
  7. Cool slightly.
  8. Fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise.
  9. Chill until thickened.
  10. Pour over the layer of lime Jell-O.
  11. Chill until almost set.
