Apple Cinnamon Granola

  1. In large bowl, combine oats, coconut, pecans, sesame seed, oil, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in honey, oil and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Divide mixture into 2 equal parts.
  3. Bake half of oats mixture in a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pans in preheated 325u0b0 oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in 1/2 fruit. Cool.
  5. Stir with a fork until crumbly.
  6. Repeat for remaining 1/2 oats mixture.
  7. Serve with cold milk.
  8. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
  9. Makes about 10 cups.
