Bride'S Dinner

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients and shape into four balls.
  2. Place four pork chops in shallow baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place 1 ball of stuffing on each.
  4. Core apples and set in pan with chops.
  5. Combine sugar, raisins and cinnamon and fill center of apples.
  6. Roll sweet potatoes in melted butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in pan with chops.
  7. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350u0b0.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
