Peaches N Cream Gelatin Dessert

  1. Combine the crumbs, sugar and butter.
  2. Press in a 9x13 dish.
  3. In bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth; gradually add the milk.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Spread over crust.
  6. Cut peach slices in half lengthwise; arrange over top.
  7. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water; stir in the cold water.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours or until slightly thickend.
  9. (I use the ice cube method and then it is only in the fridge about 5 to 10 minutes!).
  10. Gently spoon gelatin over peaches; refrigerate until set.
  11. Cut into squares.
