Low Calorie Chocolate Cream Pie

  1. In large microwave-safe bowl, stir together sugar, cornstarch and cocoa; gradually stir in milk.
  2. Microwave at High 2 minutes; stir well.
  3. Microwave at High 2 to 5 minutes or until mixture just begins to boil; stir well.
  4. Microwave at High 30 seconds to 1 minute until mixture is very hot and thickened.
  5. Pour into crust. Place plastic directly onto surface; refrigerate several hours or until firm.
  6. Garnish with whipped topping and fresh fruit, if desired.
