Almond Joy Cake

  1. Make chocolate cake mix according to package.
  2. Make 4 layers. Combine coconut, marshmallows, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
  3. Boil 5 minutes after marshmallows melt.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. Combine 2 cups sugar, cocoa, 2/3 cup milk, margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  6. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Remove from heat and pour in small glass bowl and beat for 3 minutes.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
  9. Beat 2 more minutes.
  10. Put filling between layers and icing on sides and top.
