Crabmeat-Macaroni Salad

  1. Boil the macaroni fast, as directed on package.
  2. Drain and chill.
  3. Flake the crabmeat; combine with macaroni, cabbage or carrots, cucumber, celery, onions, green pepper, pimento and eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
  5. Garnish with thin slices of tomatoes and radishes.
  6. Chill for at least 1/2 hour.
  7. Serves 6.
