Chicken Almindzini

  1. Combine mayonnaise, flour and seasonings.
  2. Gradually add milk; cook over low heat stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. Add cheese and wine.
  4. Stir until cheese is melted.
  5. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise mixture, spaghetti, chicken, broccoli, 3/4 cup nuts, mushrooms and pimento; toss lightly.
  6. Pour mixture into 11 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining nuts.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
  9. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
