Mix Wok

  1. In a deep size wok add oil, add vegetables, little by little. Always try to add the hardes cooking vegetables.
  2. Add ginger, cilantro and soy sauce.
  3. Make sure vegetables are "al dente".
  4. Add shrimp, (can be substituted for chicken, beef or pork, your taste).
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add peanuts, season with a little bit of black pepper and salt.
  7. (It will ideal with a bed of white rice or the pasta of your choice).
