Linguine With Vegetables And Provolone

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta.
  2. Cook 11 minutes.
  3. Drain and return pasta to saucepan. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic, green onions, zucchini and mushrooms.
  5. Saute 2 minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Add vegetables and cheese to pasta.
  8. Gently sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Serves 4.
