Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins

  1. In one bowl mix all dry ingredients. Except chocolate chips. Adding softened butter last.
  2. In another bowl mash bananas until smooth, but not liquidy.
  3. Add all other wet ingredients to mashed banana bowl.
  4. Once wet ingredients are thoroughly mixed pour into dry ingredient bowl.
  5. Stir until completely combined. Then fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Fill PAM sprayed muffin cups 2/3 way full.
  7. Bake at 375 for 18 minutes. Rotating halfway through.
  8. Enjoy deliciousness. :).
