Makes Your House Smell Amazing Chicken Parmesan

• 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
• 2 eggs, beat with a little
• milk
• Italian breadcrumbs
• oregano
• basil
• Italian spices
• olive oil (for frying)
• spaghetti sauce (I make homemade sunday gravy which is posted)
• mozzarella cheese
• parmesan cheese

1. pre-heat oven to 325.
2. mix breadcrumbs and all seasonings.
3. dip dip chicken into egg mixture and then into breadcrumb mix, coat generously.
4. heat olive oil in frying pan.
5. fry chicken until fully cooked, try not to over cook since it still goes in the oven.
6. place chicken side by side in shallow baking dish.
7. pour sauce over chicken.
8. sprinkle cheese over top.
9. bake covered for 15-20 minutes.
10. remove cover untill cheese is bubbly.
