Baked Chicken Breasts

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half and wipe well with paper towel. In large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, salts and pepper.
  2. Add chicken to sour cream mixture, coating each piece well.
  3. Let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  5. Remove chicken from sour cream mixture and roll in crumbs.
  6. Arrange in large, shallow baking dish.
  7. Melt butter and shortening in a small saucepan and spoon half over chicken.
  8. Bake chicken, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
  9. Spoon rest of butter mixture over chicken and bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer.
  10. Serves 12.
