Stir-Fry Shrimp, Cauliflower And Snow Peas(Chinese)

  1. Break cauliflower into flowerets and parboil 2 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Drain and pat dry.
  3. Heat wok.
  4. Add oil.
  5. Stir-fry shrimp until just turning pink.
  6. Add cauliflower.
  7. Stir-fry 1 minute.
  8. Add rest of vegetables.
  9. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
  10. Blend soy sauce with cornstarch.
  11. Stir into wok along with garlic and ginger root.
  12. Stir-fry 1 minute more.
  13. Serve with crunchy bread or over white rice.
  14. Serves 4.
