No-Bake Blueberry Cheese Pie

  1. Mix
  2. sugar and cornstarch in medium-size saucepan. Stir in water
  3. until blended.
  4. Add 1 cup of the blueberries.
  5. Stir over medium
  6. heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Reduce heat
  7. and
  8. simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly until berries release
  9. their
  10. juices.
  11. Remove
  12. from heat and stir in remaining berries.
  13. Cool
  14. totoom
  15. temperature. Beat cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in bowl until blended.tpread over bottom of
  16. pie crust. Cover with berry mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
