Kuchen Cupcakes
- filling
- 2 cups heavy sweet cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar, mixed with
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- crust
- 3 cans pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
- topping
- cinnamon
- sugar
- Mix well and cook in microwave, or stovetop, until it bubbles and is thickened,stirring occasionally.
- cool.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit into a 3" circle.
- Lay in a greased muffin tin.
- Fill almost to top with custard.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before removing from pan.
- cool.
- Enjoy!
- Makes about 30 kuchen.
