Deviled Eggs

  1. Peel and cube potatoes.
  2. Gently fold into all other ingredients.
  3. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and stir, adding as much as you need to make it the consistency you want.
  4. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
  5. Chill 1 hour before serving.
  6. Serves 6.
